Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should a product be faulty, the client must notify Galeria Antarte within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, repair or exchange.

NO returns or refunds are offered on any  customised orders as we have taken on the risk and paid manufacturers for materials and labour. Customised orders must be paid in full and reflect in our account before delivery takes place. Galeria cannot be held liable for any defects found on custom orders and the matter will be taken up on the clients behalf by Galeria with the custom manufacturer who's terms and conditions must then apply. 

Returns on Lay-buy purchases : should a client decide to not purchase their lay-buy item a refund will be applied minus a handling fee for costs incurred including admin and bank fees. Handling fee can be up to 5% of total cost of the item.

Out of stock items can take up to 90 days or less for delivery, as goods are tailor-made in Portugal. If you have purchased an out of stock item and don't wish to wait you can request a refund by contacting us directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and within 7 days of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds will not be granted for the following:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items that were not cleaned as per instructions.
Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

RETURNS
To return your product, you must deliver your product in it's original condition (undamaged ) and wrapped properly to avoid damages to: Galeria Antarte, 22 Rapid Street, Riverside Industrial Park, Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, 1200, South Africa

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

WARRANTIES
Couches: The structure of the sofa or couch has a 1 year warranty. Please note leather or fabrics do not have a warranty as we cannot guarantee the client will care for it in the appropriate manner.

Custom made sofas have a warranty on structure for 6 months. No warranty is given on fabric or leather.
Upon purchase customers will receive care and cleaning instructions for goods.
